Emma is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, wife, and new mom who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity. She understands that our lives are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the stories we carry, and she strives to create a space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and explore those experiences without judgment. Together, Anna works with clients to build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support lasting healing and growth.

As a wife and mother of two, Anna understands that motherhood can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. She is passionate about supporting women through every stage of their journey, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, Anna provides a calm and supportive presence.
